Refund Policy

Doors components, recipes, and related digital materials are digital products. If something goes wrong with purchase delivery or the product is materially different from its description, contact us and we will help.

Refund Window

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Email contact@doors.dev with the purchase email and transaction details.

Eligible Cases

Refunds may be approved when the file was not delivered, the purchase was duplicated by mistake, or the product description was materially inaccurate.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds may be declined after purchased digital materials have been accessed when the reason is project-specific preference, implementation effort, or incompatibility not stated in the product description.

Processor

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method when possible.
